The connect is the Arecibo observatory. A radio message was beamed into space from this observatory in 1974 broadcasting our presence to the universe. The message was designed by Drake and Sagan and contains information about the solar system and the elements that make up the DNA. The SETI@home program gets its data from the observatory and the observatory features in the climax of the Bond movie. There are other ways of connecting the visuals as some comments suggest but I think none of them connect them quite so cohesively. Iam, Adi and Rajesh got it. Well done.

One of your easier ones, I'm sure. The connect is "Contact" which is a book by Carl Sagan (2nd). The first picture is the equation which gives the number of planets having "intelligent" life. The observatory in the climax of Goldeneye also gets featured in "Contact".
DNA is essential for life.
And planets probably figure in that equation ( you can't have life on stars .. you can have it only on planets.. some fundae)

The pictures are: Frank Drake (who was the director of Arecibe Obs), Carl Sagan (one of the biggest proponents of SETI), Poster for GoldenEye which featured the Arecibo Obs in the final scene, DNA double helix which was one of the parts of the Arecibo Obs message, a random picture of all the planets, and a screen shot of the output of the SETI readings.

Frank Drake and Carl Sagan were involved in writing the message. The message contained atomic numbers of elements that make up the DNA and information about planets in the solar system. The message was transmitted from the Arecibo observatory which collects data for the SETI@home project. This observatory also appears in the James Bond movie, Goldeneye.
