Identify the building and its location.
Answer: The Ryugyong hotel in Pyongyang, North Korea, one of the biggest white elephants of all time. Iam, Mekie, Divya and Adi got it. Well done.

What a mad-looking building and I think I would hate to live or work in it - the scale is inhuman.
first I thought somewhere in Japan - but it doesn't look crowded enough. I would say somewhere in INdia but I don't know India well. So let's guess... Delhi???
